- Original oil on canvas, probably from 1930/40's.
- Signed Bror Forssell (1883-1959), listed Swedish artist. Studied at the Royal Art Academy in Leipzig 1909-10 under Fr. Heine, at an art school in Copenhagen 1911-14 under Johan Rohde. Exhibitions since 1913. Many separate exhibitions. Represented in museums in Malmoe, Tomelilla and Kalmar.
- Painting is in very good condition. Another painting on the back of the canvas.
- Frame is in very good condition, some minor signs of age.
Size: 19.5" by 16", add 1.5" for the frame. |
