• Signed H.J. There is a plaque on the frame saying that the painting is by Carlo Christoffer Hornung-Jensen (1882-1960). Educated at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen 1904-05, at Acad. Colarossi in Paris 1906 and École Nat. des Beaux Arts 1906-07. Exhibitions since 1907. Well-known and well-listed landscape artist.
• Painting is in a very good condition, one old repair not visible from the front.
• Elegant frame is in a very good condition, some minor signs of age.
• Size: 23.5" by 19.5, add 6" for the frame.
