- Original oil on canvas, probably end of 19C. Outstanding work of art.
- Unsigned but on the stretcher attributed to Ludovica Thornam (1853-1896). One of her paintings sold at Sotheby's in 1990 for $4077. Educated among others in Paris by Jules Lefebvre and Hector Leroux. Study trips to Paris and Italy (1887-88, 1889, 1893-94). Exhibitions since 1878. Especially well-known for her portraits.
